Billing & insurance
Our practice accepts all German public and private medical and dental insurance policies. Publicly-insured patients pay no additional cost for two preventative check-ups per calendar year. Check with us to see whether your health insurance provider additionally offers reduced-price or free annual or semi-annual professional teeth cleanings.
Please remember to bring your insurance chip card and your dentistry passport with you to each visit.
Emergency patients from European Union member countries can have their care recognized and reimbursed through the EHIC scheme. We will complete the necessary forms at your visit. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment.
For visitors from outside the EU, we will work together with you and your emergency medical or dental insurance provider to ensure that they are billed directly for services provided or that you receive all necessary documentation for proper reimbursement. Note that some insurance companies require you to seek preauthorization before assuming the costs of care. Please bring your insurance card and available policy information to your appointment.
We also accept uninsured patients for direct payment services. Please consult with us about prices and payment options.
Our office accepts payments in euros: cash, EC debit cards, and major credit cards accepted.
