Discover the dentist's office

To ensure that your child's first visit to the dentist is fun, our office participates in the “Baby Teeth Day” program. Children take over the drilling, poking, and examining for the day. Small groups of children from 2-6 years of age are invited to learn in a playful manner that diet, dental hygiene, and regular check-ups all play an important role in keeping their teeth healthy – and that maintaining one's health can be enjoyable.

Children will uncover hidden sugars in food at our sugar table, make impressions of their own teeth, use the dental camera to examine their mouths, and compare various clay bite models, all reinforcing the value of keeping their teeth healthy. A fun quiz shows kids just how much they have learned, and a tooth puppet theater performance rewards the kids for their participation while further encouraging their personal responsibility for self-care.
